This will allow our technicians to perform a complete analysis of your computer (both
hardware and software) to determine the exact issue with your computer. Once analyzed,

What is a Repair Service Agreement?
Our Service Agreement provides you with FREE Labor Coverage on your Desktop or Laptop Computer. The Repair Service Agreement must be purchased prior to Email Support, Phone Support and or Setting up an Appointment to bring your personal computer to the Service Center.
Are old computer systems supported?
Yes, we can support all machines that are running any operating systems such as Microsoft: 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP andVista.
What do you do when our computer is having a problem?
If your computer is having an issue, you MUST contact the MAG Comptuers Service Center first to help troubleshoot your computer issue. Our Phone Support Representative will troubleshoot and diagnose your comptuer and will help you resolve the issue. If the issue is diagnosed to be hardware related, the Phone Support Representative will schedule an appointment for you, with the nearest Support Center to you, to bring your system in for hardware diagnoses and repair. MAG Comptuers reserves the right to move your computer to an alternate repair facility.
How much do does your service cost?
